to sublease the living room in a 2b/2br apartment in Crystal Tower.

Crystal Tower is 3 min walk from Crystal City Metro Station, only a
crossroad to Costco, 7-min wal to Pentagon Mall. Truly convenient to live.

The living room is very large. You could easily separate living room
if you want by room divider. The apartment plan is attached.
We already have basic furniture for you including bed, desk and
chairs. Inside the apartment, there are washer and dryer and inside
the apt building, there are a 24-hour gym,
a free printing business center, a quiet study room and a convenient
store. The apartment offers free coffee in the morning. All the fee
for these utilities is already paid.
The rent is $650/month for one person. If the living room is shared by 2
people, the rent is $400/month for each. The lease is until Aug, 2013 and we
may consider extending the lease.
As there are 3 female students from GWU and Georgetown living in 2
bedrooms, we are looking for a female roommate only. Thank you for
