We have an extra room that will be available on June 1st in our 3 bed-3 bath townhouse in Redwood City. Total rent plus utilities ranges from $1500 to $1600 depending on the time of year.
We would like a male roommate who will be able to cover rent for at least two months until July 31st. The lease ends on the 31st, but there may be the option to extend for the following year. There are currently two Stanford researchers living here, aged 22 and 25. We are clean and share most of our groceries and household items.
