The bedroom is L-shaped and is about 20 feet by 10 on one side and 20 by 10 on the other. Wooden floors and track lighting. Some furniture such as a couch, chairs and a table are provided; possibly a twin size bed.
Rent Fees

Maid service - approximately $40 every 3 months, i.e., $13 / mo.
Lease Options – 12 months

About the House
The house is fairly spacious and includes a washer and dryer, new’ish hardwood floors, and alarge kitchen. Backyard has a BBQ grill, deck and plenty of space for growing a little garden, if desired.

About the Housemates
Phil is a 35-year-old tech entrepreneur / software designer. Enjoys the outdoors, biking, eating healthy with a somewhat tempered obsession for fresh homemade smoothies. Mandy, our other roommate is in her late 20's who is getting her post doc at Stanford. She enjoys cooking, trying out new restaurants and is super nice.
We’re both very mellow and easy to get along with.
Important communal values for the house
We like to keep the house neat and clean.
We have a maid that will do the thorough one-time per season cleaning, but we want to find a roommate who shares the same values for keeping things neat and livable. That means not leaving dirty dishes in the sink or garbage piling up. If you share this common house courtesy, this will be great to know.
