It is quiet and really close to downtown Palo Alto, and 10- minutes walk to Caltrain station, 15- minutes bike to Stanford. I am sharing some furniture with my roommate (sofa, table,etc). And she is happy to leave her furniture (bed, stand light) with a good price if you are interested.
