I am subletting my room in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Rains Graduate housing on Stanford's campus from June 12 to September 18.

My roommate is also subletting his room so you can either rent both rooms from us or there will be another person sharing the apartment with you.

We are leaving our kitchen supplies and TV for you to use over the summer. The apartment is fully furnished.

Rent is $1100 per month per room. I am asking for full 3 months rent ($3300 total) upfront and a small deposit.
