We are looking for a new housemate for our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house. You would be renting 1 private bedroom (unfurnished) and sharing a bathroom with a female housemate.

The house:
Furnished living/dining/kitchen (dishwasher) /deck area ...
Fruit trees in backyard/driveway
5 min walk to grocery store/Starbucks/donuts
15 min drive to Stanford/30 min bike ride
<10 min drive/bikeride to caltrain (35 min walk)
Garage/storage space
Washer/dryer
Driveway/street parking

The housemates:
Kate - you would be sharing a bathroom with Kate - midtwenties female, works in tech, travels often for work/fun.
Ginny and Ryan - couple, shares the master bed/bath, PhD student at Stanford/insurance industry, both work a lot
SuZee - couple's dog, 8 years old, 30 lb spitz/corgi mix

Looking for someone who doesn't smoke anything and is respectful of others. As a house, we are fairly laid back. We don't go out of our way to plan things together but we are friendly, once in awhile we may have dinner or chill out in the living room together and have a beer. Although, it's rare that we are all in the house at the same time.

Other Details:
Dog may be okay, pending SuZee and landlord approval + $500 extra security deposit . No cats.

Move in date Dec 1 or earlier (asap with a couple days notice for the tenant whose moving out)

Utilities usually run ~ $100 - 150 depending on the internet promotions and how often we turn on the heat. We try to be energy conscious. Ideally our new housemate would be like-minded.

1 year lease.
