We have a room for rent in our beautiful home in Milpitas. The room dimensions are 10x12, and comes with an 8 ft. closet - great for those people who have tons of clothes! Newly painted with a view to the backyard.

With the room you have:

• Your own private bathroom
• Your own private refrigerator
• Access to kitchen, living room
• Access to the washer/dryer
• Your own parking spot on our driveway
• Utilities (water, electricity, internet)

All these things listed above are included in the monthly rent of $650.00. We do require a deposit as well. No pets of any kind are allowed. Renter must be a non-smoker and drug free. No overnight guests allowed.
