Current other occupants are both young professional Stanford alumni, one guy, and one girl who is the master tenant. Prefer neat, quiet, non-smoker, regularly does share of chores, and chips in on common needs. Looking for longer-term tenant, ideally staying at least 6 months. Prospective tenants must provide credit score (Credit Karma app ok), proof of income (pay stub/offer letter), and 1st month's rent plus security deposit ($1000) to secure the room.
