Walking distance to many forms of transit (VTA 22/522 bus, Caltrain, VTA Light Rail, corporate shuttle stops), and restaurants/shops in downtown Mountain View's Castro St.

Commute to Stanford is 30 min max by car (including parking), and around the same using VTA 522 express bus, which is free w/Caltrain Go pass (comes every 15 min, 5 min walk from the house).

Current other occupants are both young professional Stanford alumni, one guy, and one girl who is the master tenant. Prefer neat, quiet, non-smoker, regularly does share of chores, and chips in on common needs. Longer term tenant preferred, but interns and co-ops welcome too. Overnight guests ok, advance notice preferred (be aware, thin walls!). No pets, sorry. Only one individual occupant per landlord stipulation.
