I'm a tenant at an apartment who's looking to move out mid-December, and I'm looking for a replacement! The apartment is located very close to Stanford campus and Cal Train station (<15 minutes by bike) and very spacious with built in laundry facilities. It's also 2 stories, so the living area is upstairs and separated from the common area and kitchen downstairs.

The bedroom will be unfurnished, but all common area furniture is provided. It includes a large closet with a surprising amount of storage space.

• Comes with 2 parking spaces in tandem, one of which is inside a garage. No street parking necessary!

• No smoking or pets.

• Available for rent starting January 1. (Potentially up to a week earlier if needed, PM us to discuss!) My lease lasts until August, but it can be extended by talking to the landlady.

• Rent is $1925/month, WiFi is $30, and utilities are around $75.
