I am moving out and my room will be available from April 1st. I am looking for a new female tenant to fill the room. Rent is $1,687.50 per month + around $60 for utilities. The apartment is located near California Ave, 5 minutes bike from campus or 5 minutes walk from Marguerite bus stop (line C). The lease is 5 months, with possibility of renewal for 1 year in September.

You will be sharing the apartment with a young female professional working at Stanford University. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shared) a big kitchen (shared) and a living-room (shared). The open bedroom will be unfurnished with a spacious closet while the rest of the apartment is completely furnished.
