Hey all! I have an open room in a 2b1b in downtown Palo Alto for 1500/mo.

The move in date will be August 16th at the earliest. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to University avenue in downtown Palo Alto, and 8 min bike ride to Stanford campus. The apartment is on the second floor, with no upstairs neighbors. There's laundry in the building, and street parking is available. You will be sharing the apartment with a considerate and quiet male Stanford researcher working in data science.
