Hey all! I have an unfurnished bedroom available in a 2B1B apartment in downtown Palo Alto for $1,500/month + utilities (~$85).

The lease is flexible and month-to-month, with a minimum stay of 1 year preferred. The official move-in date is September 1st, but an earlier move-in is possible starting August 23rd.

The apartment is a 5-minute walk to University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto and an 8-minute bike ride to Stanford campus. It’s on the second floor with no upstairs neighbors, offering a relatively quiet living environment. There’s a laundry room in the building, and plenty of street parking is available.

You'll be sharing the apartment with a considerate and quiet male Stanford researcher working in data science.
