Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for June and July. The lease ends in July, so you could (but don't have to) renew again for a full year after. Happy to pass on my furniture (twin mattress, desk, 2 Ikea Kallax ~10 mo old) at a negotiable price.

• The current roommate (M22) is a clean and conscientious recent grad from Stanford/research assistant there now
• Rent covers water and garbage with separate utilities (~$25/mo in summer), 1 parking spot included, shared laundry
• Convenient location (if interested, a good reference point is Nealon Park)

  • 8 min bike to hospital area
  • 5 min bike to Menlo Park Caltrain station
  • 3 min bike from Safeway and Trader Joe’s
