Palo Alto Caltrain station/Marguerite stop is about a 20 min walk from the house, University Ave (depending on which part) restaurants, CVS, Walgreens etc are about 10-15 min walk. Whole Foods on Homer is also about a 15 min walk. My current roommate walks to campus every day and she says it takes about 40min depending on where you are going.

There are two parking spots on our half of the property. The covered spot is available for the new person.
The living room is sizable, with a fireplace and built-in bookshelves. House is mostly wood floors except bedrooms.
The shared parts of the house are fully furnished already, and dishes/kitchen implements can be shared as well.

About me: Young Stanford alum, and current Stanford employee. I work a pretty traditional schedule most of the year, with a lot of overtime in the spring. I am usually at dance class or SoulCycle after work, then home in the evening after 7pm or so.

About you: Neat, chill, respectful and fun female roommate, who wants to socialize and share a meal now and then. We don't have to be besties, but a friendly rapport is expected. Non-smoker, non-drug user. I can't say I have a full ban on alcohol, as you may see me drinking a glass of wine at the end of a long day. For the most part, no partying in the house. The bars in downtown are close enough. Unfortunately, although I am an animal lover, no pets are permitted on the property.
