I'm looking for someone to take my spot for the rest of my one-year lease (6 months) in a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment. Rent is $2195/month plus utilities and internet split 50/50 between you and one roommate (a Stanford graduate student), so it usually comes out to about $1150/month per person.

The apartment is on the second floor, and has a large living room and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Coin-op laundry services are right downstairs. The complex has a pool, and there is plenty of street parking nearby.

The complex is about midway between Stanford and Mountain View. Campus is about 15 mins away by bike. The California Ave Caltrain Station is a mile away, and getting to San Antonio Shopping Center is around a 10-min bike ride.

The lease will end on September 1, after which time it will go month-to-month unless it's renewed for another year. The room will be available on April 1.
