I will be subleasing my room in a 2br/1bath apartment in Rains (graduate housing) on campus this summer from mid June to mid September (June 10th - September 18th). The apartment has a kitchen, nice living room space, and a bathroom with a new sink. It is on the first floor, so it is very easy to bring in groceries and whatever else. The gym is not far from the apartments and there are volleyball courts, nice landscaping, music practice rooms, and nice gathering places to enjoy within the apartment community. They will also be putting on some fun events throughout the summer, so you can meet some new people that way if you'd like.

We can sublease to either male of female (I live in a gender neutral apartment). My roommate is a very nice guy and is easy to live with. He is from France, so he would love to talk to you about that and share stories. He is also a good cook, and may be willing to cook for you too :)

The apartment is $1041/mo, which is on the cheaper side for Stanford graduate housing and definitely cheaper than anywhere in the surrounding area.
