A friend and I (both females) are looking for 1 person to join us at a 3bd/2bath house in Redwood City. It’s close to downtown and the Caltrain (10min walk, maybe a little less) in a quiet neighborhood. Total rent is $3800, so the average comes out to nearly $1270 per person plus utilities (but will vary a bit depending on room sizes and who takes which room. Master bedroom w/ own bathroom pricier). Target move-in date is April 15th, though it could be a little sooner. Looking for someone who’s dog-friendly!

Fenced yard, quiet, dual-pane windows, fireplace, gardener included, parking spaces, close to shops/restaurants/movie theaters/Safeway/banks/library, etc.

We're both very low-key and boring non-partiers (read a lot, watch Netflix, occasional video game). Both very clean and respectful, and looking for someone similar.
