We have a room open in our condo starting Sep 1. The condo is a 1800 sq ft 3br 2.5 bath in downtown Los Altos. It has in-unit washer/dryer, hardwood common areas, stainless steel appliances, and is a 2 min. walk from many restaurants, a starbucks, and a safeway. You’d share a bathroom but not with guests who use the 1/2 bath. In addition to rent we split utilities, which are electricity, internet, and a cleaning service.

About us: Currently my partner and I are in the master bedroom, my brother is in the other bedroom. We’re all software engineers or product managers in the bay area and recently graduated (from Stanford, USC) in the last year or two. We all play video games, cook infrequently, and keep the place neat/clean.
