About the Room:
Unfurnished room available in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home. The available room has a closet, will share a bathroom with one individual, and comes with a designated parking spot. There's also plenty of storage at the house, so there's room for furniture or boxes that exceed the bedroom. The house also comes with a washer and dryer and a spectacular view of the bay.

Rent, Utilities & Lease:
Rent is $1,100 and due on the first of each month. Rent will be pro-rated depending on when you move in. Utilities, including Wi-Fi, are split evenly among housemates and typically range from $80-$135 depending on time of year; winter is usually at the higher end. Typically, we each Venmo rent and utilities to one housemate who pays the landlord and bills. There is a 6 month minimum lease (a year lease being preferred), and each month thereafter is month to month with a 30 day move-out notice. There is a $1,475 deposit you will get back unless you do damage that warrants otherwise. Move in availability date is 11/19/17.

Cleaning:
Just clean up after yourself like you normally would. We're not opposed to a maid, but just really haven't had a need for one since we all just clean something if we have the downtime and see it's needed. If trash is looking full, just take it out. All normal stuff.

Pets, Guests & Drugs:
No pets allowed. Guests are fine as long as they're not staying at our place more often than their own. No drugs - why am I even writing this.

About the Current Housemates:
2 guys and 1 gal in their early to mid 30's. For the most part, we each lead busy lives but try to grab a dinner or plan a hangout every now and again to catch-up (you'd be surprised how rare it is for us all to be home at the same time). We're generally healthy eaters with normal to active lifestyles and consider ourselves to be friendly and laid-back. Basically, clean up after yourself and use good judgement regarding the house and we're pretty much go with the flow and let everyone be themselves.
