The house has plenty of character—it's an older home, so it comes with a few quirks, but it's spacious, comfortable, and has an amazing outdoor space. You'll regularly spot wildlife around the house, while still being close to everything.

About Us:
We're professionals in our late 20s and 30s working in tech and engineering. We enjoy spending time together—whether that's cooking dinner, watching a movie, hanging out by the pool, or grabbing a meal—but everyone also has their own routines and respects each other's work schedules and personal space.

We love to cook, so the kitchen gets plenty of use. We also have professional cleaners come once a month, and everyone does their part by cleaning up after themselves and keeping common areas tidy. We occasionally have friends over for a pool afternoon or casual barbecue.

About You:
We're hoping to find someone who
-Has a similar schedule (typically awake/doesn’t mind normal household noise between 8 AM-midnight)
-Is respectful during working hours since some of us work from home occasionally
-Cleans up after themselves and helps keep shared spaces pleasant for everyone
