Looking for a new roommate, we're three recent grads ('10, '13) living walking distance from San Antonio Caltrain. The house is spacious and cozy, with a well-stocked kitchen and backyard / garden. We're generally pretty relaxed, though definitely looking for someone who's around and wants to be part of the house community.

Rent is $735/mo, plus utilities (~100/mo in the winter; less in the summer). Move in is anytime in December, January 1st at the latest. The room is unfurnished, though our departing roommate might be trying to pawn off some of her furniture :)
