Hello room hunters!

Let's face it, everyone is busy...especially in Silicon Valley. But we're looking for someone that needs a home, not just a place to sleep. I've been here 5+ years, K 2+ years, and the previous roommate was here 5. We want you to put up some art, cook a good meal, enjoy a glass of wine, and kick back on the couch and read a book. Have some friends over to watch Game of Thrones. Throw a birthday party.

Think of it this way. You're not paying rent for a room. You're paying rent for a home. Also one that is close as hell to Apple.

Room

• Lease starts August 1 (give or take a few days)
• 6 month lease, month-to-month after
• 113 ft2
• Unfurnished (what you see in the room is a prior roommates' things)
• Large closet (75" x 25")
• Large window facing south
• No personal bathroom (you'll share one with D (me) and K), but there are 2 sinks and a separate toilet / shower area

House

• Hardwood floors throughout
• All rooms have ethernet
• Ridiculously fast internet. 200 Mbps down / 20 Mpbs up.
• 120" projector screen (and projector, of course!)
• Home server with ~ 40 TB of movies / TV!
• 4 car driveway
• 2 car garage (used for a car + storage)
• Street parking (it's a safe neighborhood)
• 2 bathrooms (1 in master, 1 shared -- has 2 sinks and a tub)
• Suuuuper comfy couches
• Washer + dryer
• Gas stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc.
• Fig tree!
• Fenced in backyard consisting of brownish (it IS California) grass and a grill
• Landscaper that comes 2x a month
• Excellent access to highways (85 and 280)
• No pets
• Utilities average $140 a month (garbage, water, internet, sewage, electricity, gas) over the whole year
