115 sq ft room available from August 1 in a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house in Palo Alto off California Avenue. Stanford campus is a five-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride away. Shared rooms include a living room, kitchen (with a dishwasher!), and washer/dryer area.

You'd be joining two Stanford grads working in the area. We're tidy and fairly quiet, but enjoy a get-together once in a while!

Rent is $1300/mo, not including utilities & internet. The landlord doesn't allow pets, and requires a month's deposit at lease signing.

We'd prefer people able to sign a lease until the end of 2019, at which point there is the option to renew.
