I'm moving into the city and looking for someone to take over my lease. The house is located near midtown Palo Alto in a really nice residential neighborhood. The house has hardwood floors, lots of natural light through the ceiling windows, plenty of street parking, and is in a great location (close to Philz coffee, biking distance from Stanford, close to San Antonio Shopping Center, easy access to 101). The kitchen appliances are very new, the garden is well kept and looks beautiful, the house is right across from a park, there is a driveway to park your car, and there is a new washer and dryer inside the house.

You'd be living with three male roommates, who are all respectful and easy to get along with. Two of them are Stanford grads, who work in Palo Alto; and one is an doctoral student who is doing a half year internship in the Bay Area. You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates.

Rent is $1375, utilities usually come out to about $100.
