Single private room (with shared bathroom) available in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment complex in Mountain View for a year-long lease, starting mid-March (exact date negotiable). The room is roughly 120 sq ft, and the whole apartment is around 1400 sq ft. The apartment also features a large balcony, while the complex has two pools and a hot tub. Washer/dryer located in unit. Rent is $1245 w/o utilities, averages out to about $1300 per month when you include everything (pg&e, internet, etc.). The apartment is furnished, while whether and which furniture in the room stays is negotiable.

You'll be living with a male LGBT Stanford PhD student and a male software engineer. We are both non-smokers, respectful, social, and outgoing.

The apartment is a 5 minutes walk from the San Antonio Caltrain station, 25 minutes bike / 15 mins drive from Stanford campus, and 10-15 minutes walk from Target, Trader Joes, Safeway and a number of restaurants.
