• Safeway is at the corner and lots of restaurants nearby.
• a 20-min drive to Stanford.
• I-280 and 101 are within 10 mins by car.

Moving in
• The monthly rent is $1050 with utilities and internet wifi included.
• Move-in is first month and a deposit equal to one months' rent.
• Month-to-month lease, but prefer someone who wants to live a long-term (6 months minimum)
• If you want cable, you can share the cost and talk to the owners.
