This is a single room in a 4 bedroom apartment in Rains Apartments on the Stanford campus. The room is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, dresser, and bookshelves and the common room is fully furnished with couches, chairs, and a dinner table. The room is available March 20th- June 15th. Rent is $1036 per month and gas/electricity/water as well as laundry (a short walk across the courtyard) are included!

I live with three other female graduate students…a mechanical engineer, a civil engineer, and a geologist. They are an awesome group! Very friendly, quiet, clean, and athletic.

As per Stanford’s subleasing criteria: Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to for this room. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
