Location: 5 bedroom home in Mountain View that is 10 minutes driving to Stanford, right next to Monta Loma Park, 10 minute bike to the googleplex, and 15 minutes biking to DT mountain view. In a safe street with plenty of street parking outside of house.

The House: Echiler design was spacious common area, and beautiful enclosed patio for BBQ and enjoying nice CA weather. Open windows and plenty of sunlight. This house is so beautiful! 5 bed and 2 baths shared equally among roommates. Kitchen with new appliances, and large living room with tons of natural night.

Washing machine and Dryer in unit. Street parking right on the block is readily available

The rooms: 4 rooms all similar sizes and one large one, Rent for normal room right around 1350. 2 Shared bath.

Pets: No pets allowed unfortunately.

You: We're looking for roommates that can be a net positive in the house. You don't need to be extroverted or hang out all the time, but we look for a cooperative mentality, open attitude, and interesting people who can contribute to conversation. While things will always come up, we like things drama free :) A strong community that fits well together starts with a great culture. It's all about finding people that are a good fit.

Logistics: Sign a short term 2-4 month lease originally to make sure you like it, and will renew will a full year lease assuming all is good (which we expect it to me). Guarantee no rent increase for 2 years.

Utilities shared among housemates. Common areas furnished, kitchens stocked.
