Big, bright and open 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home on a gorgeous, quiet, tree-lined street in Menlo Park, next to Atherton.
The bedroom for rent is large and bright. It is fully furnished with a Queen bed, wood dresser and nightstands. There is a large closet, a new Samsung Smart TV with DVR, and also included are all linens, blankets, pillows and towels.
None of the bedrooms in the house share walls so it is very quiet and private. The bathroom is shared with one, very clean, mature guy.

This is an easy-going, warm living environment. The living room is furnished with incredibly comfortable LazyBoy sofa/recliners and a SMART TV with advanced HD, movies, sports packages, etc. We also have an amazing sound system.

The house has a huge, open living room filled with natural light. We provide all kitchen needs: dishes, cups, utensils, pots, pans, etc. as well as paper goods too.
In the back of the house there is a huge patio shaded by a 200 year old oak tree and outdoor seating for everyone.

The neighborhood is located near the Menlo Park/Atherton border, off of Middlefield Road, a few blocks from El Camino Real, very close to downtown Menlo Park, minutes from Palo Alto, the Stanford campus and really close to the Menlo Park CalTrain station. There is both driveway and street parking available for everyone.

We are looking for an easy-going person who respects privacy, enjoys music and relaxed conversation. We are two well educated, professional guys in our early 50s who have been friends for years and are comfortable with many different types of people.

We have a little dog (a pug) named Ella. She doesn't bark, is 100% house-trained and very sweet but being tolerant of living with a dog around is important

You need to be an employed professional or a full time graduate student/post-doc who is out and about during normal business hours.
Rent is $1,650.00 a month plus utilities.
