Bright, spacious, furnished one-bedroom available in the trendy neighborhood of NOPA in San Francisco. Ideal for visiting scholars to Stanford who don't want to be stuck in Palo Alto and would rather enjoy living in one of the worlds most beautiful and vibrant cities!

There are three bedrooms total in the house, one bathroom. The available room has a closet with storage shelves & a three large windows looking out to the garden/backyard space. The third bedroom is a guest room that you are welcome to use for occasional visitors (also furnished).

I occupy the other bedroom. I’m a 30-year-old woman, single, working in Palo Alto in wealth management. Personality wise I’m very outgoing and always on an adventure. I’m very clean and love to keep a calm, comfortable home.

I’m looking for someone who can commit to 6 months – but negotiable. Rent is $1800/month. A deposit is required of one month’s rent. The room is available starting March 1st. Utilities are covered. There is a washer & dryer for our unit in the garage. There is also extra storage space in the garage.
