Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over the rest of my sublease.

The room: One private bedroom with shared bathroom in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Belmont; room will be unfurnished. Housemates are 3 recent grads in early to mid-20s (2 male/1 female), so an ideal person would be around that age range. The apartment has a recently renovated kitchen and a spacious living room, and it’s a 2 min walk to Safeway. The remainder of the sublease goes to the end of July; room is available starting mid-January and the move-in date is flexible. Rent is $1100/month + utilities.
