My room is available for a year+ lease starting June 1. You'd be subletting from me from until August 1, then sign a one-year lease on August 1. The room is unfurnished.

The house is located in Palo Alto, close to the border with Mountain View (about 4 miles to both downtown Palo Alto & Mountain View). Walking distance to a grocery store. The room opens up onto a back patio, has nice natural lighting, and is really large. The room does not have a closet, but a clothing rack has worked well for me, in addition to multiple shared closets in the house.

You'd be sharing the house with 5 lovely roommates in their mid 20s. The house is split into two wings -- there are currently 3 girls bedrooms that share a bathroom on one end, a center area with an open kitchen/dining room and a living room, and then 3 male bedrooms and a bathroom. There are two patios, a bbq, and a beer fridge if you're into that.

Everyone has been living in the house for 1-3 years and gets along really well. We all have our own lives but also hang out/invite each other out. I would say everyone is pretty easygoing, hardworking, and fun. The house is generally pretty quiet, but we each like to have our friends over.

Looking for:
-A female, as you'd be sharing the bathroom with 2 ladies
-Someone easygoing, clean, kind and friendly!
-Preferably someone in their mid/late 20s
