We have a big room opening in our two-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in downtown Palo Alto. Two busy, neat, and very awesome law students (women) occupy two of the rooms. The third could be yours! 

Ours is a big, bright home just a few steps from University Avenue.  There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, and then lots of common space plus the kitchen and a half-bath downstairs.  

The available room is large, with two big closets and its own private bathroom. It cost is $1850 + utilities. Bedroom furniture is available for discussion. The downstairs common space is airy and bright, fully furnished with two comfy couch spaces and lots of room to hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped and up to date with microwave, dishwasher, etc.  Street parking is easy, as you get a permit from the city. Washer and dryer in the garage. We have a small dog named Maggie.
