I have 1 room with shared bathroom to rent in my cozy apartment in Downtown Palo Alto. Our apartment is recently renovated and has a lot of closet storage space. The apartment building includes complimentary access to an apartment gym, library, laundry, recycling, mailroom, pool and reservable pool house. It’s a peaceful area with your own assigned parking spot. We are 3 blocks from the shop & twinkle light lined University Ave, 3 blocks from The Patio, across the street are the Stanford Shopping Center, and the El Camino Soccer Field, Sports Complex. We also have the convenience of CalTrain about a 5 minute walk away if you want to pop into the city. The room is currently furnished with bed, storage drawers, dresser and a study desk. If you prefer unfurnished, we can chat. Wifi & utilities aren't included in rent, your total cut will be about $1,400 per month. Your roommates are both Stanford grads, one female, and one male now working in downtown Palo Alto.
