We have a spacious bedroom immediately available for rental in a comfy house in Palo Alto close to Midtown. The rent is only $675/month, and the room is relatively large. The house has a nice swimming pool and beautiful garden with many flowers. When I originally moved in during the summertime, I felt like I was moving to Hawaii. You would be sharing an in-house clothes washing machine and dryer, multipurpose room, large living room, kitchen, restroom, and more. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Wireless internet is included with the rent, but additional utilities run about $65/month per person.
