We are looking for a roommate to rent out 1 bedroom in a nice 3-bedroom house.
The room is 14x16ft, unfurnished, and has 2 big closets. Great location: Just off Castro St; 3 blocks to downtown Mountain View. 5 minute walk to the CalTrain. Easy commute to Stanford/University Ave. 4 miles to Google. We share a 3-bedroom 1.5-bath house that has a large fully supplied kitchen, a garden, on-site washer and dryer, a big back yard, and basement.
Rent: $1,280/month. That includes an assigned, covered parking spot.
In addition to rent, we split the cost of utilities and shared household expenses.
Required: Security deposit of 1 month's rent, plus a renter application.
