One of our roommates is moving out at the end of March, and we thus have an available room. This is a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house about 2 blocks off-campus. Rent for this room is 950$/month. This house has all the necessities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, range/oven, parking, etc.) and if you're interested we would love to show you the place. Duration of stay is flexible, but 3 months or 6 months (starting in April) is preferred. Pictures are available upon request.
