We are offering a room in a great town house in Menlo Park!

o Room for Rent is $1,300/month. Security Deposit: $1,300. You will have a half bathroom for yourself, while the second bathroom with the shower is shared. There is plenty of closet space and a small patio accessible from you room.
o The neighborhood is close to Atherton/North Fair Oaks (still in Menlo Park)
o Move-in date: end of June/July
o Stanford campus is just 3.5 miles away (I usually bike to campus), downtown Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Redwood City are easy to reach!
o Chavez supermarkets (cheap groceries!) very close by
o There is space in the garage for you car.
o Non-smoking
o Central AC and heating
o Hardwood floors
o Granite countertops
o Washing machine and dryer are available downstairs
o Water, PG&E and wifi split among roommates (approx. $50 per month)
o Gardener/trash collection included in rent.
o Month-to-month is possible, but one year lease is preferred. The rent will also be cheaper this way.
o Background check done by landlord required
o About us: a quiet engineer in SF and me, postdoc at Stanford. I would also be happy to hang out, have occasional dinners and explore the Bay Area (especially hiking).
o About you: ideally tidy and considerate. Since we are working a lot, we try to relax at home.
