Our house is looking for a third female housemate to sublet from Aug 2014 to April/May 2015. Rent is $950/month + $60-80 utilities depending on the season and heat usage. The room is fully furnished, with the bathroom on the first floor. There is a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as a backyard.

It is located in Menlo Park, ~12 min bike and ~10min drive to west Stanford campus, and 3 minutes (exactly 3) walking from the Dutch Goose
