Your Roomies:
The house is currently occupied by 5 adventurers: people from Germany, UK, Spain and Uruguay- It is the perfect melting pot of adventure and culture. With hiking, kiting, biking, yoga, cooking and parties frequently on the menu, we welcome you with open arms!

The House:
A picturesque A-framed house in beautiful Los Altos; it is within a 1 mile of major stores, and with great connections to 101, 280 & Cal-Train. The house comes with Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, large driveway, space for Yoga/Activities as well as furniture for the communal areas and ... we still have plenty of room for more cool stuff to add.

The Room:
12x10. Built-in wardrobe with a ceiling-to-floor mirror, lots of natural light, standing lamp, queen sized bed with mattress and nightstand. Plus, a big chest of drawers can be yours for just $60. :)
The rent will be $1,450 excluding utilities, available from the end of October on a 8-month contract.

About you:
Community is important to us; we want to socialize and mingle with you. We welcome new cultures and we encourage activities together! We also respect privacy and cleanliness; communal areas must be enjoyable for everyone!
