We are looking for someone to take over a room in our house on July 1st.

Rent: $1000 per month + utilities

The house is located in East Palo Alto, 5 mins away from the bay and 2 mins from 101. There are supermarkets and IKEA just a 5 mins walk away. Drive to Stanford is about 10 mins or a 20 mins bike ride. Facebook and Amazon are also close by.

The house has a common areas with large kitchen and living room. There is a little backyard with BBQ. Washer/dryer are in unit. Room will be unfurnished.

We are five people in the house (postdoc in biology, law student, and physicist at SLAC). We all love weekend roommate brunches, outdoor activities and, and board games.
