We have a new opening for a share in a rough but charming loft space in Redwood City. It is basically a very nice warehouse or a very weird/basic house. We have nice high ceilings, natural light, central heating/AC, internet, etc.

We're at the edge of Redwood City and Menlo Park. We're close to facebook and only 5 miles to campus.

We are a house consisting of a '14 Stanford grad, '14 Duke grad, and current engineering grad student.

We're paying $2800 a month for a 2500 sqft+ space with kitchen and 1.5 baths. You'd buy in for an equal share. With 4 people, that means $700. With 5 people, that means $560.

Note that you will have to share a room! This is a loft not originally intended for residents, so the physical space is awkward.
