We have a room available in our 5 bedroom 3 bath house at 1490 Franks Lane, West Menlo Park.

Either sublet until mid December or long term rent possible as well! The rent for the room is $1475 per month or spilt up per days/week for sublet. Utilities not included.

It is only a 10 minute bike ride to campus! Starbucks and foods and bar very near.

The common areas are fully furnished and the room as well (if you wish). House includes washer, dryer, dishwasher and BBQ. We have a great living room with movie projector where we can hang out. Also have a great spacious garden and there’s plenty of parking space in front of the house.

You’ll be living with five great roommates! Male/female all Stanford and Berkeley grads, very fun, quiet and clean!
