It’s part of a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment at Willow Manor in Menlo Park.

$1450 + utilities (~$135)
Available 7/1/2019 for a 12-month lease.
The security deposit is $200.

The apartment is located 3 miles from Stanford and 1.5 miles from Downtown Palo Alto.
Plenty of closet space, coin laundry on site, and free parking.
No pets.

Female roommate preferred.
