Hi! We're looking for a roommate to fill a spot in a 3B/2B standalone unit in Menlo Park. Your room would be upstairs, share a bathroom, and come unfurnished. The pictures show the house when we just moved in, but the common areas (kitchen, living room) are now furnished.

6 mo lease starts Dec 1st, month-to-month after.
$1700 deposit required. $1780 rent includes ALL utilities. Only additional cost is wifi which has so far been ~$14/month per person. (It might go up to $30 per person in December but we hope not!)
