I'm looking for someone to take over my part of a lease in a 2BR apartment in Mountain View. It's a first floor apartment with a patio in the Eaves Creek complex by Avalon (http://www.avaloncommunities.com/california/mountain-view-apartments/eaves-creekside)--8 minute walk to Castro Street and Caltrain. The lease ends August 3 so you can renew it if you like the place or leave when it ends. Rent is $1600 for the room, and includes 3 swimming pools with bbq, a nice gym, basketball courts, tennis court, dog park. In the other room is a very sweet roommate in her early 20s who might be moving out when the lease ends. There's lots of storage space and a washer/dryer in the apartment. In addition to rent, we pay around $55/month for utilities and wi-fi.
