Available for early October move-in, we have a private bedroom with shared bathroom on the second floor of a spacious 3BR. Other two tenants are male, mid-20s. No preference M/F, but sociable and similar age a big plus.

Apartment amenities include large modern kitchen (pictured), pool table, outdoor exercise equipment, big-screen TV, and way too many video game consoles. Location in College Terrace neighborhood is excellent, a short walk to restaurants/shops and Caltrain stop on California Ave. Free parking on street.
