Hello!

We’re looking for someone to fill a room in a 4-bedroom house in the Fairmeadow neighborhood of Palo Alto (near the intersection of Alma and Meadow drive). It’s SUPER close to Tofu House, Robles Park, Mitchell Park library, Peet’s coffee, Piazza’s, Philz, and Happy Donuts.

Our aim is to find someone with the following attributes:

-values sustainability (e.g. recycling, composting, biking/walking when possible, turning off lights when not in use)
-clean but not fanatical about it (e.g. okay with some belongings temporarily in communal spaces) and willing to share various house chores
-substance-free
-is social and values community, rather than viewing the house as merely a crash pad (e.g. would be down to play games with roommates, make dinner together, go hiking/day trips)
-any gender/ethnicity is welcome!
-vegan/vegetarian also welcome!

Rent is $1375/month, which does not include utilities. The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a cozy fireplace :) The ideal move-in date would be sometime in June. We are looking for long term renters (~1 year lease).
