We have a room available starting April 15 through end of August.
The house is well-maintained and has a homey feel to it. There is a beautiful garden and patio space in the backyard, which is ideal for sipping a lemonade in the warm breeze while the sausages are grilling. It even has an outdoor table with an automatic camp fire for kicking back in the cool evenings.
One of our roommates is sadly moving to the city after living here the past 2+ years. There are 3 others in the house. People aren’t around that often due to work - one who has a startup, another who's an engineer, and another who works at Stanford. We are all Stanford alumni. When people are around we maintain a chill vibe by drinking a beer, doing a yoga session, or hanging in the backyard hangout.
The property is on a major Palo Alto bike corridor and is a 5 minute ride from the Cal Ave Caltrain station and a 15 minute ride from the Stanford campus. There is ample non-permitted street parking.
Sublease price is $1350 per month (plus utilities, internet, cleaning) rent, and $1350 deposit.
